Good morning!

I'm new to the board...how's this ticker holding up? I noticed all the news and the numbers seem great and promising...however the stock is performing way undervalued, IMO. The dividend is coming out...is this a dividend for you to receive 1 share of the new ticker for every 10 of EPAZ you own?

I'm looking to hear commments, both positive and negative of the company/stock and other comments you guys may have.

I appreciate all suggestions!
