this is what OTC companies do, they are not foolish enough to say we will be issuing 2 billion shares, they say Potentially to leave hope they won't. I haven't seen this much convertible debt issues in such a short time, its crazy.

This company has stated they only made a little over $600,000 since its existence, they are broke and that's what broke companies do...Dilution

Its all there in black and white, no doubt at all its coming.
