While we’re on the subject, many other shareholders (longs and new) including myself would like to get answer on the following question:
The story goes:
1.- Former JBI Inc.CEO Kevin Rouber (Rock Tenn employee) hires Tony Bogolin as COO (Rock Tenn employee)…and charged him with the responsibility of feed stock acquisition and management.
2.- They hire XX-Lady (Rock Tenn employee) as person in charge of feed stock procurement (purchasing dirty plastic from Rock Tenn) with nice six digit income + commission!
3.- Here is the ”unexpected” shutdown of processing due to dirty feedstock. That almost destroys machines, not to mention the cost of machines up time, the costs of input materials + commissions and the cost to get dirty plastic to landfill.
4.- Kavin Rouber leaves JBI Inc. and promotes Tony Bogolin to CEO with bonus (to complete destruction of JBI Inc.)
5.- Next step, Very nice Tony …COST REDUCTION PROGRAM….

These reductions were an important step for us. …….. involving 15 employees whose positions will be eliminated …… it will incur approximately $40,000 in total restructuring expenses… ”
6.- Tony Bogolin, did you discharge your and Kevin's XX-LADY?..
You could save more money.
7.- IMO… Tony love that position…., WHY NOT!… I would like too, no risk, great money +bonus …
FOR WHAT…-TO DESTROY JBI and NEW CLEAN TECHNOLOGY!
