.75 was a result long after a move up & LONG after they started the promotion, so I can say that actually; That the person who bought at .75 was foolish & inexperienced about APS promos & was foolishever more if they did not set a stop-loss if they did buy that high. Anyone holding since then @ .75 thru now is a fool, a fool-fool-fool, ok?? No excuse for holding that long for a loss & not being prepared for contingency to fall lower.
