Exactly, its all there in the 10Q as suspected. I guess the PPS is Red after it was released because all is Good

These are all due over the next year, the company only made a little over $600,000 since its existence so no chance they will be able to pay them off without HUGE dilution.
This is why the 10Q was delayed IMO
