No offense, L4aW, but you did sell your shares based upon a conversation that a shareholder had with the FDIC-appointed Trustee's attorney, yes?

I could care less about the pps right now, thank you very much. I want EQUAL access to MATERIAL information in the form of a FILING! Further, I want to know if there is a settlement, no settlement, abatement, or stipulation! That's the mission right now, not the damn pps.
