EarnestDD - The "intentions" comment meant this...

He said they have not said they were taking over UBRG or replacing management. He said what they company is doing is outside of their knowledge. They don't have to check with UBRG. I believe 100% he knows more than he is telling me but in that case he will say definitively...I can't tell you that. If I ask him about the end game he says...I don't know. Its different.
