With no Moosehead spud bump in SP, there appears to be some negative factors that are causing the downdraft.

Is SP depression due to the lack of a farm-out for the 4th well with the notification date very near to keep the rig? Has the gas monetization deal with PBR and Rosneft fallen through? Is Polvo deal not going to happen?

We might hear about this on Tuesday/Wednesday, but if any of these events are known now, a PR should be issued immediately.
