FYI, Today (Aug-07-2013) the court ORDERED in favor of Facebook and LNKD to vacate the claim construction deadline date...

The Novell settlement should be good news, the case against Salesforce is a good thing as well because honestly FB and LNKD are going to fail on their delay attempts now.


FYI, Today (Aug-07-2013) the court ORDERED in favor of Facebook and LNKD to vacate the claim construction deadline date of Aug. 11, 2013, and will now set new dates at the upcoming CMC (August 30). Delay tactic? If you read the PDF link provided, the ORDERED postponement by the judge is justified, IMO. What i find interesting is why did Bascom change its original legal counsel, replacing it with the counsel that dealt with the Salesfore case?? food for thought..
