When is the last time you went to a conventional bank to get a multimillion dollar loan? They don't care about what you are selling. They want something solid to make sure they will get there money back. Usually they want a substantial contribution from the person getting the loan.(a percent of there own money) What do you really know about getting that kind of financing? If its so much easier than CSC explain? CSC is set up to get there money guarantied. I'll admit I know very little if anything, But I know this it is way harder today to get any loan then it was 5 years ago. The roughly 30% drop in PPS I'm sure didn't help.
