Here is an interesting link of class B recyling centers that is mostly organic waste from construction Debrie. Ocean Recycling Center from Toms River is a class B recyling center.

New Jersey has room to grow for additional ethonal plants when you compare it to the Midwest. I expect the 300 million ethonal plant will be one of these recyling centers in the class B or class C.

Class B

Class C

In order to determine which recyling center it may be....the center should have about 6 times more capacity than the Toms River. It may be trial and error, but if someone would take the time and call around after doing a search. One can probably determine where the site is....If you read the basic permits approved by the New Jersey Environmental Regulations...They mention equipment useage and daily or weekly maximum tons of Class B and C waste. That will help filter out and narrow the selection for the recyling centers.
