MDMN shows enough cash flow to fund the creation of a complaint against Partner A by an attorney. If it's such a clear cut breach by Partner A the attorneys fee should be as low as one could expect. I guess the law and venue would be Chile but could Chilean attorneys be that much more expensive then American attorneys.

Maybe Partner A had an escape clause based on economical assay results or some other business reason. We don't know and MDMN isn't very forthcoming with the information.

It certainly makes one suspicious about Partner A and does no good (or maybe even harm))for MDMN's credibility.

Not having good information you might want to assume the worst case scenario that there never was a credible Partner A
who may even be judgment proof.
