No. A companies share structure can be as big or small as deemed necessary by the company. Also, they can change it when ever they want. There are much bigger share structures and much smaller ones out there. Companies can literally have "Unlimited" shares authorized. On OTC Markets.com it will literally say "Unlimited" in the shares authorized field. That's a special kind of company, though.
