When I spoke with Atwell 10 days ago, he made it sound as if the Liberation Entertainment film library acquisition really screwed up Camelot's progress. Many of the titles in said library had long-standing legal implications attached. Camelot was simply not prepared to handle it.

That said, it was incumbent upon Atwell to perform adequate DD BEFORE acquiring that library. That's akin to many peeps here whining about the stock after having bought it, but BEFORE doing their own DD on Camelot & Atwell. Heh, I guess what goes around comes around, no?
