ERHC does NOT have a partner in Chad or in Kenya. What we do have is nothing more than a fantasy caused entirely by desperately wishing that we had a partner. None of these grand plans often stated as fact by some have ever materialized and I doubt they ever will. I think ERHC will eventually get a partner somewhere but pretending like there is someone in the background already signed up is NOT going to help ERHC and it may actually be hurting the share price because it is seen by the market and potential investors as nothing more than hype.
