Also dealing with someone like that is just asking for confrontation. He's too embroiled in his reality of being a victim to discuss alternative possibilities, so emailing him would be an exercise in futility. Time will tell all. If I were you I'd ask why he chose to forego legal counsel and represent himself... Could it be that he just has all the experience he needs to do so from suing slews of other companies? I don't know. Perhaps you'll find out
