Who Pays SWA.

Just to add a bit of reality to the current discussion.
Neither Kim Thompson as an individual nor KBLB as a corporate entity has paid SWA for the current series of pumps.
KBLB has never paid for any newsletter promotions in the past.
We would know if they had as this is a reportable expense.

In fact no one has "paid" (as in cash changing hands) SWA.

As shown by Manshoon here a couple of years ago SWA is effectively a subsidiary of CSC, not necessarily in the legal ownership sense, but because major partners in CSC are also major partners in SWA.

When SWA says in its disclaimer that it has an indirect ownership interest in some amount of KBLB stock or warrants they are admitting to a more direct corporate relationship with CSC.

So when SWA promotes KBLB they are doing it so that CSC can sell the stock PUT to them by KBLB at a better price.

As for the only other promotion that we have seen, "pennystockpicks"
(Thanks to billmick11 for sending me the disclaimer image)

From looking at the disclaimer it appears to me that this is another stock tout company distinct from SWA.
In particular because they do not disclose having an interest in the company but instead claim to have been paid $100K.
(this is unlikely. It is too high a payment for their services thus far.
Unless they have been hired long term they more likely were paid little or nothing and just want to jump on the bandwagon so that
they can claim to have predicted the rise to future marks and claim to have made it happen to future clients.)
Remember, they will never be charged with saying that they were paid if they weren't, only if they were and do not say so.

How do I know that they were not paid $100K?
Because CSC, who would likely be the one paying them if anyone were, is unlikely to have more than 2 million shares to sell.
If the PPS were 0.10 CSC would be PUT the shares @0.08 and if the price stayed stable would make a fee of $40,000!
Raising the PPS by a full penny, which is much more than I would expect one pumper to accomplish, would only be worth $20K to CSC.
Therefore neither CSC nor anyone else in their position would pay this pumper more than $10K, and that only on results.
