I'm still not convinced its not real based on these links so the Post will stay up until further notice, in fact the link proves its more likely to be real as it states. "When you first file, you will not have a case number." As you can see from the link this filing HAS A CASE NUMBER STAMPED ON IT. So obviously its been filed with the courts or it wouldn't have been given a Case Number by the court clerk.

Looks real to me. Thank you for clearing the matter up

When you first file, you will not have a case number. The clerk will stamp it on your paperwork, and that will be your case number throughout the case. Once you file as a plaintiff or petitioner, you will always be referred to as the plaintiff or petitioner. This is true even if, later in the case, the other side takes you to court for a related request of some type.
