Calgary, Alberta – August 6, 2013. Spyglass Resources Corp. (“Spyglass”, or the "Company") (TSX: SGL) will hold an Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. MDT in the Livingston Place Conference Centre, 250 – 2nd Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Following the formal portion of the meeting there will be a brief presentation by Spyglass management.
