I agree with most of what you're saying, except SG"s been promising those audited quarterly statements for two years and he's had one acquisition after another on the table for about two years also. He does still have the same confidence AND he didn't do an RS, which gave longs like you and me a chance to become profitable or at least get our investment back when the next run occurred. I've got some free shares now and hope to add more under .007. If something great happens I might pay a little more.
