Well, not so sure about that. They got a 3.5 million dollar contract which no one, but existing investors, heard about and it barely moved the needle. So, TSA announces a mulit million dollar open ended contract to IMSC and if no one really knows about it, well........you'll get movement, but how much if again, no one knows about it.

Why does Apple have to promote themselves? They got it all happening for them, just make the next product and sell. If the company was held privately, sure do what you want. This company is not a privately held company.

As an investor, I'd much rather them spend two hours a day promoting the company, then spending those same two hours per day talking with existing investors reassuring them what a great thing they have going.
