Just to set th record straight MDHI never promised the audit on July 31st!! The actually wording said intends to have . . .

Once again some people are lying about what was actually released.

As a result of this progress, the Company intends to have all of its delinquent quarterly and annual reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by July 31, 2013.

ALL FINANCIALS WERE GOING TO BE AUDITED AND DELIVERED BY JULY 31ST. OH, WAIT, THAT MUST BE THE NEW HISTORY THAT WE'RE ALL SUPPOSED TO FORGET.

MDHI HASN'T PRODUCED ONE SHRED OF REASONING WHY THEY DIDN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED LAST WEEK.

WE WERE SUPPOSED TO SEE EVERYTHING UP TO Q2 OF 201
