This is what baffles me...I can only assume the same flippers that were here before are quietly accumulating. Anyone considering a flip today is going to be very sick if these production number are even halfway decent IMO....unless they get back in on a dip which will be minimal.
Its like groundhog day all over again...watch the anguish of those late to the party (panic buying) while those that accumulated just sit back and wath it go!
