brew, for one I *don't* keep track of how many postings people do a day, so if you have used yours up, it's not of my concern. And I have not deleted your comments, either.

Secondly, despite your link ( http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/holdings.asp?mode=&kind=&symbol=NEOM&symbol=&symbol=&s.... ) you did not discuss (in terms of real numbers and not just "over 100,000 shares) others who in fact do own (directly that is) millions of shares such as the Fritz's dated on 12/28/2005.

Let's look at the recent S-4/A filing on 12/28/2005 ( http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1022701/000114420405041283/0001144204-05-041283.txt) and they list shares directly owned on page 79:

Name............Beneficially owned......Percent Ownership

Charles W. Fritz.....28,610,555................6.0%
William Fritz........52,890,944...............11.2%
Charles T. Jensen....13,001,500................2.7%
David A. Dodge........3,225,000.................*
A. Hayes Barclay......2,405,000.................*
James J. Keil.........4,388,619.................*
Martin N. Copus.......1,682,186.................*
--------------------------
Officers and Directors as a Group (9 Persons)(10) 106,203,804 shares with 20.9% ownership total.

Now, mind you, these are beneficially owned, not all are entirely on options. There are those who do own common stocks directly.

How come you don't bother to mention other officers or directors who have much, much more than 1500 or even zero shares OWNED...directly,using real numbers directly from the S-4/A rather than say "over 100,000" shares and make it not sound very much? How about say three own over 1,000,000 shares, or two own over 10,000,000 shares, or even that one own over 45,000,000 shares?

Actual stocks owned on page 79 S-4/A 12/28/2005:

Charles Fritz - 12,557,186 shares of common stock owned by Mr. Charles W. Fritz directly, and 1,542,969 shares of common stock held by the CW/LA II. Family Limited Partnership, a family limited partnership for the benefit of Mr. Fritz's family.

William Fritz - Mr. Fritz is deemed to own: 45,923,735 shares held directly by Mr. Fritz or his spouse,

James Keil - 1,888,619 shares owned by Mr. Keil directly.

Mr. Copus - 182,186 shares held by Mr. Copus directly

A total of 63,778,804 shares (common stock) are owned directly by NeoMedia's officers and directors.

Brew, you focused so much on the ones who don't own common stock directly but yet fail to note the other 63,778,804 shares owned directly by Neomedia's officers and directors. Instead of plying with some sort of half-truths with the implication that directors and officers do not really own that many shares ("over 100,000") and a continuing emphasis on the "CEO".

Brew said:
As for the header, why do I need to go to your header. I read the S4s and even the CEO holds under 100,000 shares. He has options for millions but only holds I believe 12,000 shares of actual common stock. There are 4 officers or directors that hold over 100,000 shares and 2 institutions that hold over 100,000 shares. The rest just hold options to purchase shares or very small numbers of shares.

And it all leads to this statement of what Brewski said earlier:

How many CEO's, Directors of companies like GE, IBM have their "own" money tied up in the company? I would say very little.

In fact, directors and officers of Neomedia Technologies directly OWN 63,778,804 shares of COMMON STOCK per the 12/28/2005 S-4/A filing out of a total of 106,203,804 shares of COMMON STOCK registered as beneficial ownership, leaving a controlling interest of 20.9% in their company.

Very little owned?

Indeed.
