The evidence at hand suggests Peter is in way over his head.

From pending litigation, to a very per-mature divy announcement (sounds like he did understand Finra requirements), a non confirmed merger, unfinished projects, and perhaps most important...not understanding the damage a disgruntled ex employee can cause to a public company.

Facts may come out to change my opinion, but for now it seems Peter is in over his head.
