Tony, repeat after me:
1) seat an independent BOD, NOW!
2) schedule an AGM to face the wrath of shareholders
3) return the outrageous bonus
4) stop paying too much for feedstock
5) stop obstructing the company
6) schedule an independent audit of all company expenses, especially the CEO's
7) resign to save face from further allegations surfacing (which they will!)
