I believe the majority of money should be used after app ok's, however, these calling cards should be a way to get some revenue. Having stated the obvious, the market is tight to enter, due to scams and the prove it to the unique owner attitude. Therefore, a portion for a few months should be used to utilize the switch slot we have available in order to shore up the money situation for PVSP. If we have a o.k. marketing plan to sellers, mostly convenient stores, at can't beat rates, then we get a portion of market. I believe it is in our benefit to see PVSP/ VOX do the calling cards with a little more marketing. This can win us some business, but we have to give it more than one press release and a couple of people, myself included in buying some calling cards. The market needs to know our cards are legit and where to find them. Low margin equals as direct as possible.
