Listen to marine1 very smart investor. I personally wouldn't recommend even half. This is still unproven. Yes they have permits, financing, concessions, and local labor and the future arm. I watched this for months before pulling the trigger and even then I didn't put all my money in because financing and concessions were still in the air? I didn't wait for the .0001s because I was impatient but I'll will wait for.0001s this week and average down. But only what I can afford to lose. I haven't but some have flipped their ones and now sit on free shares. That's not my goal I'm gonna average down and hold till maybe ever.
