Look you've some good points......the key is CBD's are found in hemp......this is a fact!.......hemp stains will be & are being bred now........high CBD strains are & will continue to be identified.......just like marijuana from the 70's that was low in THC & is now very high in THC through 40+ yrs. of breeding, hemp will increase in CBD's as farmers single out specific strains and work on increasing the levels........it happened w/ medical marijuana(increasing THC levels), so I don't see why it won't happen w/ hemp(increasing CBD levels)......many breeders are working on it.......Check out Israel.........they're developing strains that have almost no THC & are very high in CBD's........what definition does that fit?.......hemp......textbook definition of hemp.....essentially the Israelie Govt. is growing hemp & giving it to patients as a form of medical marijuana.......google it.........$$$
