NAW. He is merely a liar. He has a person who is recipient of his tendency towards NEPOTISM. On the cdex payroll.

He has sold only a small population of the OIL PATCH and the STAKED PLAINS that he is a great business man who is gonna save cdex with an Imaginary DOO-HICKEY.
