But why is the volume of VFIN, BKRT, BMAK and CANT down during a up trend volume month?
These are typically diluters or insider share holder MM's. But they were less active in July while the Restricted Share count dropped and the O/S dropped.
I would think this is a positive thing, Any thoughts?
