the ceo should in fact do what he says he will...its nice to hear someone acknowledge this...

So far he has.

The PR stated that commercial production will begin within 3 weeks. Today is the 3 week marker.

Are we in production?

Answer... yes

I will make an assumption here and say you would say no because Kim didnt PR it today. But Kim DID PR it, he told us 3 weeks ago.

So unless you can produce something to say otherwise we are in commercial production now.

I was hoping for the PR to tell us who we were producing for but it can not be announced until they have the shares to seal the deal.

That would mean we would still need an S-1 before we can get the PR I wanted today.

Kim can not PR anything for some time prior to an S-1. I am under the impression that he told us we would be in production in 3 weeks so he had 3 weeks that could be used for S-1 silence but not have everyone crying for no news.

If we do not get news this week I would bet we get an S-1 registration in the next week. If I am right we would get the news the week after the S-1 is filed and approved.
