XNE, Inc., formerly Siena Technologies, Inc., is a domestic onshore oil company. The Company is engaged in exploration, development, production and acquisition of onshore oil properties in the United States. On May 13, 2011, the Company entered into sales and purchase agreement to acquire working interests in the Doshier Project Oil and Gas leasehold located in Nowata County, Oklahoma that covers approximately 80 acres. The Company has a working interest of 75% in the Doshier oil and gas lease project. The first phase of the Company's recompletion program includes reworking the existing seven Bartlesville oil wells plus one saltwater injection well in the Bartlesville formation. On May 19, 2011, the Company announced the Phase I work plan of Doshier Project as agreed with Petroleum Energy Management Company (PEMCO), which is its operator for its oil properties. The Doshier Project is located in Nowata County, Oklahoma and covers approximately 80 acres.
