There is only one HUGE problem with the filing, it's yet another falsified document. Everyone knows there was 60M shares DUMPED in one week in JUNE, yet they are not represented ANYWHERE here, why is that? And there was OVER 500M DUMPED in the 2nd Quarter yet the O/S did not increase? WOW!

Looks like Mr. Shea did learn a lot from Mr. Lovito. How to SCAM investors into thinking GDSM is going somewhere by filing misleading documents so everyone actually thinks he's "Earning" the $10K a month as he dumps his 300MM shares on the stuckholders here.

This is a JOKE, and "IF" any type of Audit would ever happen, wouldn't it be prudent to list the Firm that is ACTUALLY handling said Audit? LMFAO!
