Actually...if one reads Tradeinman's post carefully, you will see that the message relayed does indeed refer to "the government"...when she speaks of their being no settlement. If there was an agreement for FCNCA to "complete their purchase of United Western Assets" in monetary form or stock shares...her firm would not be liable at all. Also...in TM's post...does he mean to quote her as saying "There IS no settlement" or THEIR in no settlement"? Read the post carefully. Either way, she refers to the government when speaking in no settlement terms. I am not worried, still holding all and thinking of buying more...
