This seems to be some sort of elaborate stock scam. $74 in Assets, $219,732 in Liabilities and a $25.9 million Market Cap with the stock a .40. The company has never produced a dime in revenues and it's been bid up to a ridiculous $25.9 million valuation. The company is nothing more than a distributor offshoot of ECOS run by Michael Siegel's cronies.
