My understanding is that the blood pressure issue was related to the dosage form, so the nasal spray and pill form were halted in trials... The subcutaneous administration being tested now got through phase 1 trials (safety and some efficacy) and is now being tested in women only because that is the indication trying to get approved. I think we're waiting on results from the phase 2 trial in women to show efficacy and confirm the increase in BP is still not an issue from the subcutaneous dosing.
