Ahhh, more nonsense where the shareholders pay a fractional fine for the scammy executives who are not punished at all. Just make it a superficially big number and create the appearance of justice. Executives will make sure tyey are comoensated for losing a little bit on their holdings temporarily.

A billion dollars is nothing IMO. They need to fix the underlying problems. But at least its a start.
