You are quick to assume, and over-confident in your conclusions. You may end up being right, but that is far from conclusive at this point.

I think it's safe to say that you haven't made a formal request. EG may have sent a form letter w/a bird's eye view valuation. It's still 5-6 weeks from a decision and the sale will be over with at that point. I suspect the UST will take a 'wait and see' approach. They tend to act upon hard evidence, not optimism.

Just exactly in what area do you think I'm over confident? The appointment? Cash burn? Sale results? Class action?

Yeah, I guess we'll see. I don't mind taking a position based on experience....I'd rather do that than sit around on my arse and let someone else hold my hand whilst I shook the pom poms.
