Saw this forming last week. I have felt like if the handle holds at or above 6.5 (give or take a few pennies either way), we'll see the Breakout. One of the good signs I've seen is that pre-market purchases are consistently gapped-up even though intraday trading does not necessarily hold the gains. There has been a fair amount of purchases between 6.7 and 7.2
