That's pretty close to my 2 billion share estimate I made a few weeks/months ago...

Also noted on the quarterly report:

As of 7/31/13, total shares outstanding is 1,271,034 (reflective of the 1500 to 1 reverse split) while total authorized shares remains at 4,000,000,000.

I wish the AS count came down as well so it wouldn't seem like there was infinite room to issue more shares and dilute the OS.
