For the investors maybe, not for Black.

This "million dollars" in funding is intriguing.

Until told otherwise, the million dollar funding can be read and interpreted as, "we (the company) are going to sell shares into the market until we have pocketed 1 million dollars."

Not saying that is the case, but we will need more word from Black. A LOT more.
