Dear Sir or Ma'am,

I'm was hearing rumors that the outstanding share count was going to be increased substantially and that possible dilution was in store for the company very soon. Can you possibly confirm or deny this for me being I'm a substantial shareholder in GRPR. I was considering increasing my share count but would like to confirm these rumors first.
