In 2010, Chris was released from Polo Grounds Music and J Records after Unleashed was unsuccessful. He was planning on releasing his third studio album titled Showtime: Still 51/50 under his label Go Live Entertainment now known as 51/50 Entertainment and FyreHouse Entertainment.[citation needed]It will have guest appearances from Trae Tha Truth, Roscoe Dash, Game, Mystikal, Keyshia Cole, Lil Boosie, Tech N9ne, Lil Twist, Machine Gun Kelly, YG, Jacob Latimore, Cee Lo Green among others. This album indicates that Hurricane Chris is going back to his Louisiana Hardnest rapping style roots like his 1st album. But will be mixed with his 2nd album to balance things out. It will also include production from Shawty Redd, Phunk Dawg, DJ Spinz, 1500 or Nothin, Seven, Bangladesh, among others. To keep the faith in Lil Boosie, he plans to remaster two tracks from their past collaboration mixtape Category 7: A Bad Azz Hurricane.
