xlt, I am wondering if you can clarify something you had mentioned in a bunch of posts ago. You had said you and a group were going all in. Does this mean you are going to add to your Vringo position, up to your max?

I had discussed in a few posts ago about a potential mole in VA or somewhere between Google, Vringo or in the courthouse itself. It seemed to me to be weak but the high volume Friday a week ago Friday appears to me of some sort of tip off. Everyone has agreed that the USPTO was good for Vringo but IMO did not warrant the volume and price we've been seeing. Even the most recent ruling out of HJMJ was not that substantial yet, the volume and price exploded Friday.

Something is going on here and I think it might be beyond waiting for the RR and apportionment ruling
