The only "independent" directors of JBI have had zero qualifications to sit on a real BOD. The real problem with this company is John Bordynuik's inability to get his pyrolysis machines running. This after his inability to get his tape drives running. These people you talk about saved the company in May of 2012. Everybody who has a clue understands that simple fact.

People can wax on endlessly trying to make lame excuses, but the SEC filings tell the story of John Bordynuik's failure. And if you think the behavior is bad now from some of these people who saved JBI from JB, it will only get worse if Bordynuik cannot get his machines to run. That is a fact.
