1. SEC will be able to speak with BGMO's Bank to confirm, what BGMO stated in Financial is true or not.

2.If BGMO can satisfy what SEC is looking for by or before August 15th, 2013. BGMO is back in business.

3. Short seller's would never get the oppourtunity to make deals in GREY market. As this company is not going to grey market.

4. This is not over yet wait till last day AUGUST 15TH, 2013. When SEC will reinstate this company.

5. Read the notice from SEC. or consult SEC attorney before giving your stock away to SHORT SELLERS, as BGMO in my opinion will provide what SEC is looking for by or before August 15th, 2013.
