Duh! I think few folks don't know the definition of a R/S these days, but clearly some folks don't know the negative impact they virtually always have on existing shareholders!

The R/S itself isn't the problem... it is the fact that they don't reduce the A/S and they keep diluting until they max out the shares... and then they do another R/S and start over again!
