A POSITIVE GO FOR BARRY.


Just to go after Barry Schwartz CEO from AAPTS with an unrelated story of another Barry Schwartz just to link a negative case to AAPT is suspect. You could as well link the co-founder of Calvin Klein with the name of Barry Schwartz to this story or some other Schwartzes. There are plenty around. But, nope, it had to be Barry Schwartz from AAPT.

However, identification about who is who, would have been very easy, one only has to consult, the Administrative Proceeding File No. 3-14102 from the SEC. By doing so, one can see, that this is a very different person and certainly not OUR Barry Schwartz from AAPT.

1.) B.S. from AAPT never ever worked for Barrett Day Securities Inc.

2.) B.S. from AAPT never received the diploma for passing the Registered Representative. If so, you would see it in the filings and in his CV. For passing the RR he would have had to work for a brokerage company. Our B.S. never worked with a broker company.

3.) As in this case this Barry Schwartz had to serve prison from around middle of 2009 until end of 2010, it is obvious that OUR Barry Schwartz cannot be the person, as within this period he signed - 23 – filings. SEE filings




4.) After the prison term, this Mr. Schwartz was for 3 years on supervised release which will end on December 2013 and I can assure you, if this would have been OUR Mr. Schwartz, he could not have acted as CEO for APPT during this time (2011-2013) and certainly not during the prison terms middle 2009-end 2010 and certainly not sign the filings while behind bars.

5.) In the period 1993-1995 when this Barry Schwartz worked as RR for the broker company Barrett Day Securities, OUR Barry- Schwartz served as the President of the Outlet Store Divisions for Guess Jeans, Inc.

From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Schwartz served as the Senior Vice President for Plymouth Lamston Stores. From 1992 to 1995, he served as the President of the Outlet Store Divisions for Guess Jeans, Inc. From 1995 to 1997, he served as the President of Chorus Line Corp. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Schwartz served as the Vice President of Cache, Inc. From 2000 to 2003, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Whizgrill, Inc., a quick service, casual dining restaurant chain. He has been a Director of All American Pet Company, Inc. since February 2003. Mr. Schwartz received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bethel College in Biology.

CONCLUSION: EVERYBODY COULD HAVE FOUND OUT, THAT THIS B.S. IS NOT OUR BARRY SCHWARTZ FROM AAPT, JUST BECAUSE OF ONE VERY SIMPLE LOGIC POINT: DURING THIS PERIOD BARRY SCHWARTZ SIGNED ALL FILINGS AND EVERYBODY WILL AGREE WITH ME, WHEN YOU ARE IN PRISON, YOU CANNOT NOT SIGN ANY FILINGS. SO WHAT IS LEFT: WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF THE POST?
