I would guess he wants to eventually get this listed otc. You have to get there and maintain it for a year at a dollar plus I believe. The stock should hit certain levels early here based solely on news and revenues. I would guess Ed will retire shares when it appears the stock needs a shot in the arm to jump in price or maintain a certain level over a period of time. I have pondered that same question and this makes sense from a business stand point. He can slowly retire them and what a nice gift to increase share prices and maintain long term levels for investors.
